FULLY AUTOMATIC FILLING, SEALING & CAPPING MACHINE

DESIGNED IN 1, 2, OR 4 LINES ACCORDING TO REQUIRED OUTPUT: Up to 100 cups/min.

Fully automatic filling, sealing and capping machine enables to ensure the best quality and reliability of packaging. The machine can be easily adapted for different container shapes and sizes.
SPECIAL FEATURES:

  • Exceptional versatility enables machine to fill a broad range of products.
All product contact parts are stainless steel. The machine is manufactured using stainless steel, anodized aluminum and plastic, all of which conform to CE, FDA, 3A standards for food grade materials.
  • Computerized control system PLC.

  • Modified Atmosphere System.
  • Residual oxygen level max. 0.3-0.4%.
  • Extension for additional fillers or non-standard container.
